The Bank of Canada cut its key interest rate by 25 basis points to 2.25%. The central bank has also signaled it will likely pause any further rate cuts for the remainder of the year. Francis Fong, Senior Economist with TD Bank Group, speaks with MoneyTalk’s Anthony Okolie about the decision and outlook for the Canadian economy.
