WATCH: Beata Caranci discusses what signals economists are looking for when it comes to housing on MoneyTalk

MonetyTalk asked TD’s Chief Economist Beata Caranci, who said jobs data, the Bank of Canada’s interest rate moves and overall market sentiment will all impact housing markets. While she acknowledges that housing affordability remains a pressing issue, it’s probably “as good as it’s going to get” for the next six to 12 months.
